LONDON (Reuters) – Stock index futures pointed to a higher open on Wall Street on Tuesday, with futures for the S&P 500, the Dow Jones and the Nasdaq 100 rising 0.2 to 0.4 percent. ICSC/Goldman Sachs release chain store sales for the week ended March 23 at 1145 GMT. In the previous week, sales rose 1.4 percent.
