BRUSSELS (Reuters) – The European Union fined Microsoft Corp 561 million euros about Wednesday for failing to provide customers a choice of internet browser, a charge which usually act because a caution to different development companies concerned inside antitrust disputes with all the EU. It said the U.S. firm had broken a legally binding dedication created inside 2009 to guarantee customers had a choice of browser, instead of defaulting to Microsoft's Internet Explorer. …
